La Sila Piccola (the “little” Sila): on the border of the National Sila park, the area contains original wild forest and suggestive landscapes, whereby one can admire the view of both the seas on each side of the Calabria region. The area covers dense forest populated by wildlife such as deer, lynx and in some restricted areas also bears.
